We know this is an unsettling time for you if you
are in Year 11 and worrying about your next steps.
Here at Middlesbrough College we just want to
let you know that we have you covered and are
guaranteeing a place for all Year 11 students
this September.
Already Applied?
If you have already applied for your course
at Middlesbrough College and TTE we will
continue to send out frequent communications
to you, so keep checking your inbox for our
emails along with our latest newsletters.
We will invite you to our enrolment events in
August and our careers team and tutors will
discuss with you the GCSE results that you are
awarded along with with your skills and talents.
We will ensure that you are on the right course
at the right level.
Not Yet Applied?
If you haven’t yet applied to Middlesbrough
College, don’t worry you can apply now. Our
Schools Team, who you might have seen
regularly in your school, are working online and
are happy to chat with you on the telephone
or by email. They can help to advise you on
a suitable course and arrange a telephone
interview if you would like one. Your parents or
guardians can contact them too. Email them
on schoolsteam@mbro.ac.uk.
Once we open again you will have chance to come
into the college and meet your tutors and tour the
campus.
If you have not yet applied to TTE you can
do so by visiting tte.co.uk. We offer a range
of engineering courses including welding ad
fabrication, mechanical, instrumentation,
and electrical, process, laboratory and wind
turbine.
Courses we Offer
We offer a great range of A Levels and
Vocational Courses or our Mix it Up
programme which is a combination of 2 A
Levels and 1 Vocational Course. You can find

We also one of the biggest Apprenticeship
providers in the region and if you have an
employer then we can get you started in a
job where you can earn and learn. We often
have employers who are actively seeking
Apprentices and you can check out the current
